These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products on the Lorea website, in compliance with EU consumer protection law and the e-commerce Directive 2000/31/EC.

These terms govern the distance selling of the products offered on Lorea. Purchases are available to both consumers and professionals.
2. Prices and availability
All prices are shown in Euro and include VAT. Lorea reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the time the order is placed will apply.
3. Conclusion of the contract
- The order is deemed accepted once the confirmation email is sent.
- The contract is stored and available on request by the customer.
- The language of the contract is English.
4. Payments
We accept all major payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer). Transactions take place over secure and encrypted channels.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason, as described on the Right of Withdrawal & Returns page.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by EU law. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction. The European Commission's ODR platform is also available for alternative dispute resolution.
