In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without giving a reason.
1. Withdrawal period
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receiving the product, by sending a notice to returns@lorea.example or using the withdrawal form.
2. How to return
- The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are covered by Lorea for faulty products.
- Keep proof of shipment until the refund is completed.
3. Refunds
The full amount, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection if opened after delivery, and to other cases provided for by law.
